I’m Michael Zindell, a lifelong artist and designer.
I call myself a “design ninja” (half-joke, half-accurate) because I work across a wide range of disciplines—from surface design and illustration to product development and engineering.
Over the years I’ve designed jewelry, housewares, home décor, stationery, ceramics, toys, and even kitchen faucets. That mix of experience in tabletop, gift, and home goods helps me quickly understand new categories and design with both creativity and function in mind.
I enjoy everything from repeat patterns and character design to developing products ready for manufacturing.

I can grant you the rights to use my prints for a specific product, sales region, time period.
ART BUYING
I offer CATEGORY or FULL BUYOUT.
With a category buyout I will grant you the rights to use my art in perpetuity for a specific product group and possibly in a specific sales region, with a full buyout you get the full rights, full stop.
PRODUCT DESIGN & FREELANCE WORK
I am both a 2d illustrator and 3d product designer.
If you like my designs, but need a specific print, pattern, or artwork, I can create something exclusively for you.
This can include anything from mood and trend boards, or concepts to print ready art. I can work with you to develop your designs, conceptualize products, create mock up images and full technical art for manufacturing.
